- 2 lbs. /900g Chicken wings
- ½ cup /100g. De La Grenade Herbal Seasoning
- 2 tbsps. /43g. De La Grenade Hot Pepper Sauce
- ¼ cup /60g. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. /5g. black pepper
- ⅓ cup /113g. Morne Délice Nutmeg Syrup
- 1½ tsps. /75g. ginger minced
- ¼ cup /60g. De La Grenade Nutmeg Ginger Sauce
- 2 tsps. /40g. salt
For frying:
- 1 cup /128g. all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup /60g. cornstarch Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together chicken wings, De La Grenade Herbal Seasoning, salt and pepper and let marinate for 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cornstarch.
- Coat the seasoned chicken in the flour mixture and fry on medium heat until golden brown.
- Whisk together soy sauce, Morne Délice Nutmeg Syrup, fresh ginger, De La Grenade Nutmeg Ginger Sauce, and De La Grenade Hot Pepper Sauce in a mixing bowl.
- Toss mixture with fried chicken and serve hot. Enjoy!
