Sorrel Tini

Ingredients: Yields: 2 servings

  • 2 quarts water
  • 6 oz red sorrel buds
  • 4 oz ginger sliced thin
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 4 oz Rum De La Grenada
  • Sorrel Syrup
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to boil
  2. Removed from heat
  3. Add sorrel, ginger and let them sit for 45 minutes, then strain.
  4. Add an ice cube to shaker for 2 seconds
  5. Add 2 or 3 ounces of De La Grenade Sorrel Syrup
  6. Add lime juice
  7. Add to jigger and shake well
  8. Serve in a chilled glass
