Ingredients: Yields: 2 servings
- 2 quarts water
- 6 oz red sorrel buds
- 4 oz ginger sliced thin
- 2 oz lime juice
- 4 oz Rum De La Grenada
- Sorrel Syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Bring water to boil
- Removed from heat
- Add sorrel, ginger and let them sit for 45 minutes, then strain.
- Add an ice cube to shaker for 2 seconds
- Add 2 or 3 ounces of De La Grenade Sorrel Syrup
- Add lime juice
- Add to jigger and shake well
- Serve in a chilled glass
