Ingredients: Yields: 2 servings
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- 2 tsp. /8g caster sugar
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 125ml. white rum
- 1 cup /236g. ginger ale/ginger bear chilled
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions:
- Squeeze lime wedges into 2 glasses
- Add sugar and half of the mint leaves
- Divide rum, ginger ale/ginger beer between the 2 glasses
- Stir until sugar dissolves
- Garnish with remaining mint leaves
- Serve with ice cubes and straw
