Rum Punch

  • 1 measure lemon juice
  • 2 measures Morne Delice Nutmeg syrup
  • 3 measures of rum
  • 4 measures of water

Mix all ingredients.
Serve with ice cubes, sprinkled with grated nutmeg
Garnish with a cherry, twist of lime or star fruit!


Nutmeg Brigadier

  • 2 tbsp Morne Delice Nutmeg syrup
  • 4 tbsp La Grenade Liqueur
  • 8 oz club soda

Combine all ingredients.
Stir and add cracked ice.
Serve with a twist of lime.

Nutmeg Delight

  • 2 oz Morne Delice Nutmeg syrup
  • 6 oz club soda
  • 1 lemon slice
  • grated nutmeg

Mix nutmeg syrup and club soda.
Add cracked ice.
Top with grated nutmeg.
Serve with a twist of lime.

Ginger Beer Drink

  • 300 ml de La Grenade’s ginger syrup
  • 100ml water
  • ice cubes
  • additional water

Into a blender place 100ml water and ice cubes. Add the de La Grenade’s ginger syrup.
Dilute with more water to the desired sweetness.

Makes 2-3 servings

Seamoss Drink

  • 1 bottle (300ml) de La Grenade Seamoss
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

Stir milk into seamoss.
Server over ice.
Makes 2 -3 servings

On the Move!

  • 8 oz de La Grenade Seamoss
  • 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 oz de La Grenade Liqueur
  • 2 oz Morne Delice Nutmeg Syrup

Mix all ingredients. Serve over ice cubes.

Makes 6 -7 servings

Mauby Drink

Dilute with three parts water or to taste. For an alcohol beverage add brandy or rum.
